Annual Salary: Up to £39,312 (based on 36 hrs/week)

What Youll Do:
Provide outstanding nursing care aligned to each residents personal care plan
Administer medication safely and accurately
Build relationships with residents and their families
Keep all records and documentation accurate and up to date
Work closely with care assistants and fellow nurses to ensure a high standard of care
What Youll Need:
NMC Registration (RGN, RMN, or RNLD)
At least 6 months of post-registration experience
