This role would suit an Associate looking to complement an existing position, increase their private exposure, or join a supportive independent practice for two established clinical days per week.
Remuneration
- £14 per UDA
- 2,000–2,500 UDAs available
- 45% private split
- Performance-based structure allowing progression up to 50% private split
- 50% lab split
- Uncapped earning potential
Who We're Looking For
We're keen to speak with dentists who:
- Have 2+ years post-FD experience
- Hold an active NHS Performer Number
- Are GDC registered
- Enjoy working within a mixed NHS/private environment
- Have an interest in growing private dentistry alongside NHS
- Take a patient-first approach to care
- Are looking for a long-term opportunity within an established practice
