Investment Associate — Healthcare Private Equity | London

Our client, a reputable healthcare-focused private equity fund is looking for an Associate to join their London team. The fund invests across healthcare services, MedTech, pharma services, and digital health, backing high-growth businesses in the UK and across Europe.

Responsibilities

• Support deal execution end-to-end: financial modeling, valuation, structuring, and transaction management through to completion.
• Build and maintain detailed LBO and operating models, including scenario and sensitivity analysis.
• Screen and evaluate new investment opportunities across the healthcare landscape, supporting origination and pipeline development.
• Coordinate due diligence workstreams (commercial, financial, legal) and manage external advisers.
• Support portfolio companies on performance monitoring, board reporting, add-on M&A, and value-creation initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–5 years in investment banking or private equity.
• Strong LBO modeling and financial analysis capability.
• Genuine interest in or exposure to the healthcare sector (services, MedTech, pharma services, LifeScience, or HealthTech).
• Top-tier academic record with sharp analytical and commercial judgment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a lean, fast-paced deal team — European language skills a plus.
