We are partnering with a rapidly growing manufacturer within the health, wellness, and consumer products sector to recruit a Customer Care Manager


This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced customer operations professional to join a fast-paced business and play a key role in enhancing customer experience, improving cross-functional communication, and driving operational excellence.


The Role

Reporting to the Commercial Director, you will act as the central point of coordination between customers and internal teams including Commercial, Planning, Production, Procurement, Quality, and Logistics.


You will be responsible for ensuring customers receive proactive communication, projects remain on track, issues are resolved efficiently, and internal teams are aligned to deliver an exceptional customer experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day customer communication and relationship management
  • Coordinate customer projects across multiple internal departments
  • Monitor timelines, project progress, and potential risks
  • Manage escalations and support issue resolution
  • Support account managers with operational coordination
  • Improve communication processes and customer experience standards
  • Drive accountability and collaboration across teams
  • Lead and develop customer-facing support functions



To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Experience within manufacturing, FMCG, food, supplements, pharmaceutical, or similar industries
  • Strong customer care, customer operations, account management, or client services experience
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Experience working cross-functionally with operational teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities
