Customer Care Executive:
Acts as the first point of contact for customer enquiries Handles inbound calls, emails and digital communications Resolves issues efficiently while meeting service standards Manages orders, returns and account queries accurately Updates internal systems with clear and timely information Escalates complex issues appropriately when required Maintains a professional and empathetic customer approach Supports continuous improvement of customer experience

Job Offer
Salary circa £27,000 - £32,000 dependant upon experience, plus good package.
